Sunday School

Trinity offers Sunday School classes for three-year olds through high-school. Classes are held each Sunday at 9:30 am throughout the year.

Classes are divided into the following age groups:

• Preschool, Kindergarten, & First Grade
• 2nd-5th Grade
• 6th-8th Grade
• High School

Children are encouraged to attend each week and bring a friend!

Children who attend 10 Sunday School classes in a quarterly/3 month period earn a Perfect 10 Certificate.

Milestone Ministry Program

The Milestone Ministry Program through the Board of Christian Education at Trinity
Lutheran Church serves to foster the relationship between the youth of the church, their families, and the congregation of the church during faith life milestones. Our Milestone Ministry Program is a way for us to celebrate the promises made in baptism, provide learning opportunities for families, and remind ourselves as a congregation to nurture our faith with one another as we mark milestones in a person's journey of faith. Each faith life milestone has two aspects:

• a learning event designed for children and their parents, and
• a worship celebration in which the congregation offers their prayers and a blessing at this time in the child's life.

In this way, we are assisting and encouraging families to pass on the faith.

Our current milestones include:

• Three year olds receive a Prayer Pillow and Prayer Book
• 1st graders recieve a "My First Hymanl" book
• 3rd graders receive a Student Bible
• 6th graders receive a Devotional Journal
• On Rally Day, every Sunday School age child in attendance will receive a nativity piece. By the end of Confirmation, the student will have collected an entire nativity set.
